hela Sverige The Controlling & Strategy organization is an important function to secure long term profitability within the Group Truck technology. The Head of Powertrain Engineering (PE) Control within Controlling & Strategy aims at leading and monitoring the controlling and financial issues within Powertrain Engineering.
The Business Controller will be direct reporting to the Head of the global PE Controlling. In this role you will be responsible for the overall controlling of:
• Running the Global Project Resource Committee (PRC) meetings in order to steer in product development (PD) resources for all PD activities related to Start cost projects and Product Maintenance approved by Project Decision Committees
• Perform special studies
• Analyse capacity balancing between the available resources and the required resources from the project portfolio for Heavy Duty / Medium Duty PE portfolio for Powertrain Engineering
• Challenge the Project Manager Engineering and Line organization capacity in terms of billable hours and direct costs related to each project id steered in through PRC.
• Drive planning activities and project management standardization
Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, monthly closing, business performance analysis, follow-up and financial planning. You will be part of a competent team of controllers located in different parts of the world.

Critical Competencies for the position:
• Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or similar education
• 2-5 years of experience and professional achievements in a controlling position
• Excellent Business Control knowledge, proficiency in developing budgets and forecasts
• High autonomy, rigorous & structured-minded
• Professionalism, commitment and a drive to improve
• Excellent relationship skills, good communicator, customer focus and business-minded
Technical/language skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency with financial system such as SAP/R3, BW, WISE, SCORE is an advantage and MS Office applications (strong Excel knowledge) is required
