Location Stockholm, initially part time in Karlskrona
4-6 duration with potential extension
The Business Analyst / Migration expert will work with team members including project manager, enterprise architects, solution architects, on-site and off-site developers and testing team to support design, development and implementation of new end-to-end wireless platform.
Actively lead / participate in the following:
• Migration planning
• Migration quality assurance
• Mitigation plans
• Data analysis
• Follow up meetings with customer
• Escalation meetings
Key deliverables including:
• Migration of 250.000 Tele2 customers to the Bredbandsbolaget CRM and Billing system including working services for the end customer with zero fall out
• Develop and manage planning, development and implementation phases for each migration
Required competence
• Detailed Telecom Industry knowledge from at least two different Swedish 3 play providers such as Bredbandsbolaget / Comhem / Tele2 / Telia
• Experience in managing projects for migration of >50.000 3-play customer as part of acquisitions
• Detailed knowledge of telecom business support systems including quoting, contracting, ordering, provisioning and billing systems.
• Experience in the migrations performed by the Piccadilly starting Sept-14
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in virtual setting
Required product/system knowledge
• Industry knowledge of Swedish Telco market
• 3 years' experience in the CRM system used for Bredbandsbolaget as a business analyst or developer.
• Knowledge about the interface of the Ericsson TIPTV system
• Experience of the data model of the Tele2 billing system
Level
• Min 10 years consulting experience
• 5 - 10 years Telecom industry experience
Method required
(e.g. RUP/C-RUP, C-ERP /ASAP, AIM. Pinnpoint/)
Telecom industry expertise with:
• Telecom 3 play product knowledge
• Telecom mass market knowledge
• Telecom BSS/OSS
• Telecom process mapping, business rules and business requirements development
Migration project is ongoing. Resource is expected to take full responsibility of the project including any left over from day 1.
