As part of strengthening how we manage and govern commercial engagements across our global sales organization, we are embarking on a major Sales Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation, powered by Icertis.

This transformation is a strategic initiative that aims to bring consistency, clarity, and automation to how we create, negotiate, approve, and manage customer-facing contracts. To support this effort, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can help shape our future global Sales CLM capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with a passion for sales excellence-and who embodies Ericsson's values of Professionalism, Respect, Perseverance, and Integrity.

What You'll Do

* Be deeply embedded in the Sales domain, working closely with Sales, Commercial Management, Contract Managers, Bid Managers, Legal Affairs, and other key functions to define a world-class Sales CLM solution.
* Collaborate with global and regional Sales stakeholders to understand pain points, processes, and requirements across the end-to-end sales contracting lifecycle.
* Support the design of future-state Sales CLM workflows, including pricing inputs, approvals, commercial terms governance, negotiation workflows, and contract generation.
* Work closely with the implementation team to ensure the solution supports Ericsson's sales frameworks, policy controls, commercial models, delegation of authority structures, and contract templates.
* Document user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with a strong focus on commercial scenarios and compliance.
* Review configuration designs, clauses, and related artifacts to ensure alignment with business needs and governance.
* Facilitate workshops with senior sales, commercial, and legal stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements.
* Map Sales processes (As Is and To Be) and clearly articulate improvements; identify gaps and propose optimization opportunities.
* Engage in agile or hybrid delivery environments and support integrations between CLM and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or pricing/quotation tools as required.

You are a business-savvy analyst who understands how commercial decisions, contractual structures, and sales processes come together. You can translate business needs into clear functional requirements and guide stakeholders through a structured transformation.

We believe you will excel if you have:

* 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Sales, Commercial Management, or enterprise contract transformation.
* Strong knowledge of sales contracting, commercial structures, customer negotiations, or bid processes.
* Experience with CLM tools; Icertis experience strongly preferred.
* Ability to map Sales processes (As Is and To Be) and clearly articulate improvements.
* Experience facilitating workshops with senior sales, commercial, and legal stakeholders.
* Familiarity with integrations between CLM and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or pricing/quotation tools.
* Experience in agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
