Global Consulting Services is Volvo IT's consulting organization. Our consultants work in the following strategic areas; Project Management, IT Architecture & Technology, Requirement, Usability, SAP, Test and Software Configuration Management and are among the best in their field. They take on challenging global assignments from customers in the Volvo Group and other customers in the automotive sector.
Our role is to secure and offer expertise in our customers' focus areas, increase the quality of deliveries, reduce the reliance on external consultants and contribute to successful projects.
We are looking for Business Analyst professionals.
Your profile:
You are skilled in Business Analysis methods and tools and have experience of leading requirements management either in projects or from the business side. You have a holistic view of system development and a good understanding of how to handle and verify users and customers' expectations. You know how to translate them into future IT solutions.
Qualifications and skills:
• Documented experience of leading requirements management work
• High ability to evaluate and interpret relevant data and information
• Knowledge of tools and methods used within Business analysis
• Experience from workshop facilitation
• Preferably you have experience from Agile Software Development and Scrum projects, and you will bring additional value to our customers if you also have worked with Usability
Combination skills (requirement management - and domain knowledge with in automotive industry) will be considered an advantage.
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within relevant field
• General knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process
• 2- 5 years of documented experience of IT software development with focus on requirement management
• Experience of consultancy work as well as international experience will be considered an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English
• Communicative team-player
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve
