We are now looking for a curious and ambitious Business Analyst to help make Medical Operations and its various teams across Europe truly data-driven. You support various functions and teams with both recurring reporting and bespoke analysis to enable better informed business management and decision-making.
What you'll do- Source and quality assure data across a broad set of metrics and attributes, ranging from business, financial and healthcare dimensions
• Analyse data and uncover insights, turning them into high-quality, actionable recommendations presented in a concise manner
• Build and manage recurring business reporting routines across several functions and internal audiences
• Prepare and present business analysis to senior management and other key stakeholders
• Develop metrics, dashboards and other reporting in close collaboration with Analytics and Finance teams
Who you are- A few years experience as analyst or equivalent role
• Strong business acumen and ability to learn quickly
• Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from large sets of data
• Strong numbers processing and presentation building skills
• Experience of working with data in modern databases (using SQL)
• Strong team player with high degree of service-mindedness
• Ability to prioritise and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
