hela Sverige An experienced Bioprocess Operator is needed to join the production team at BioLamina. You will be in charge of producing high-quality recombinant proteins in accordance with established processes and documented procedures to satisfy ISO 9001 QMS, applicable laws, and regulations as a bioprocess operator (from cell vial to finalized & labeled product in vials).

About the position:
The Bioprocess Operator participates actively in all areas of production where trained/certified to carry out the tasks, working independently as well as part of a team. Responsible for delegated areas within the overall responsibility of the department.
Job Tasks:
• Performing production of recombinant proteins according to written procedures for which training/ certification has been received (upstream and downstream operations, media and buffer preparations, equipment handling and cleaning, materials handling, production, and facility support)
• Documentation of activities according to QMS by recording events in, for example BPRs, logbooks, stock cards as well as reporting of unexpected events in applicable reports
• Identify and participate in deviation investigations, CAPA and change control activities.
• Hold specific responsibilities to manage the production system, e.g., responsibility for equipment according to the equipment list and FMS on-call responsibility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree within science, technology, biochemistry or equivalent working experience
• 1-2 years of working experience in life science, biotech or the chemical industry
• Laboratory science background and/or previous experience working in the process industry with upstream processing, or equivalent qualification
• Office computing skills: Word and Excel
• A strong command of written and spoken English. Swedish language ability is a bonus
Desirable requirements:
• Experience working with Bioreactor/cell culturing
• Experience in biotechnological production of recombinant proteins, aseptic working techniques, and cleanrooms
• Experience working with chromatography, big-scale buffer preparation, and aseptic liquid handling
• Experience from downstream processing
• Working according to GMP

The position is permanent and comes with a 6-month trial period, with entry as soon as possible or by agreement.
