Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Dr. Clausen's research group is interested in elucidating the molecular mechanism of genome instability and DNA repair. In particular, we are interested in understanding how DNA lesions and mutations are generated and are being repaired on a genome-wide, strand specific scale at single nucleotide resolution level. The group will use interdisciplinary approaches to map and characterize DNA lesions and mutations in yeast, human cells and in patients with genetic diseases or cancer. Clausen AR et al. Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
The applicant must hold a Biomedical Analyst degree. It is preferred that applicants have experience with Next-gen sequencing technology. The candidate must have experience with cell- and molecular biology.
