hela Sverige We are now seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to fill the osition of BIM Coordinator. This is a critical role for the successful planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.
Primary Responsibilities Coordinate BIM standards, implementation, and use across different teams and projects.
Ensure BIM models adhere to established quality and data standards and protocols.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce and refine 3D models.
Conduct regular model reviews to identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts.
Manage and maintain BIM data to support project delivery and lifecycle management.
Create and deliver training sessions for team members to enhance BIM skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Thorough understanding of BIM standards and protocols such as PAS 1192, ISO 19650.
Strong experience in model coordination and clash detection.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge Experience with Dynamo scripting and visual programming languages.
Knowledge of construction processes and workflows.
Experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Aconex.
Understanding of GIS systems and their integration with BIM.
Personal Attributes Self-motivated and proactive in learning new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Educational Background and Experience Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a BIM Coordinator role or similar.
Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is an advantage.
Language Requirements: Proficient in English, both oral and written.
Location: This position is 100% onsite and requires your physical presence at our main office.
