You will be part of HVDC within the Power Systems division in Ludvika. The HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 50 years and is used to transmit power over long distances with minimal losses, using overhead lines, underground and submarine cable systems. Tasks: Do you want to be a part of a global company where you will be given the opportunity to expand into new markets and create competitive tenders? As our project manager, responsible for tenders, you will work in a team that is in charge of sales of control and protection systems for HVDC stations. You will lead our tender work for new sales, upgrades and after sales projects, which also include analyses of the cost calculation and reviews of the post calculation to compare how accurate the cost calculation was and to improve associated processes for the future. As a representative of HVDC?s tender group you will own the tender process as well as be the marketing departments? contact person. A natural part of your work will be to develop and improve the tender process and your role as tender responsible. This position is both challenging and holistic in the sense that you will have responsibility for the control and protection departments? deliveries in tenders.

Requirements: You have a Master of Science alternatively a degree in Mathematics or Electronics, or equivalent work experience from complex sales processes. Furthermore, you have a genuine technical interest and are always open to develop your skills within other fields. Since many of your customers operate abroad it is important that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Swedish is also a requirement. It is essential that you are positive to travel a couple of weeks a year and that you always represent ABB in the best way possible. Lastly, you are a social person who enjoys working with people from various business areas and parts of the world.
