We currently have the following job opening;
Base Technology Engineer
As a Base Technology Engineer at CEVT you will take a part in a dynamic team that acts as a spider in the web of automotive development.
You will work both with internal resources and suppliers to support implementation of base technology requirements in vehicle ECUs.
You will be part of the EE Architecture within Electrical Department. The team is responsible for the vehicles entire electrical architecture design regarding topology, logic architecture, function allocation, system safety and base technology.
The base technology team at CEVT is responsible for requirements, support, verification, and development of future strategies for the complete base technology area, which includes: AUTOSAR, Communication, Diagnostics, Software download, Hardware platform etc.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Support implementation and test engineers of base technology requirements.
• Participate in strategic work for future platforms.
• New concept development.
• Work in close cooperation with architecture, suppliers, and ECU component owners.
Profile and Background
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area.
• You have experience of automotive embedded systems or software development experience, particularly in Basetech/AUTOSAR environments.
• Experience from CAN, Flexray, Ethernet.
• Ability to learn from others quickly to then teach, lead, and apply knowledge.
• Excellent in co-operation, networking, team-working.
• Experience with OTA Software download and/or Vehicle security is an advantage.
• You have a cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture
