hela Sverige Axpo Sverige AB is looking for a Back Office Specialist passionate about having everything in the right place. Like a shepherd overlooking the heard, you monitor our structure, make sure client contracts are set up correctly in our systems and that reporting and data is delivered correctly on time.
About the team
You will be a part of a small dynamic team consisting of seven people. Within Axpo you will find an innovative and dynamic environment. You will work independently and the position offers opportunities to develop and govern your daily work situation.

The Axpo Nordic team consists of 40 employees with comprehensive trading and origination experience from both the Continental and the Nordic energy markets. The physical portfolio management team, a part of the Axpo Nordic team, is managing the physical electricity value chain including all of Axpo Nordics day ahead and intra-day trading activities in the Nordic market.
What you will do
As a Back Office Specialist you will support a team of experts responsible for trading of energy. Your role will be to assist the team with administrative tasks and monitor delivery and correctness of reports and data files. The tasks include:
* Maintenance of our client portfolio and data structure by for example on-board and exit clients in systems
* Trouble shoot missing data in systems and reports and contact counterparties to adjust errors
* Set up and monitor reporting delivery and quality
* Automate routine processes and constantly seek for improvements
The position is placed in central Malmö and reports to the team manager, Head Physical Optimisation & Structuring.
What you bring & who you are
* You are very well structured and have a high attention to details
* A problem solver who takes initiative to find and correct errors
* Previous experience of relevant back office administration
* Used to working with complex back office systems
* Knowledge of set up and administration of data
* Previous experience from the Electricity market is a clear plus
* Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
