To do's
As Credit Officer, You will join the Consumer Finance department, where we work on issues related to loans, credits and savings accounts for private individuals. Your duties will largely consist of the following:
• Credit assessment and granting of credit loans in accordance with the company's current credit instruction.
• Provide service regarding the entire credit process towards our loan intermediaries and customers.
• Manage daily incoming and outgoing payments
• Manage savings accounts
• Management and monitoring of existing customers
As a Credit Officer you are part of a team of six people where your inputs are incredibly important in the team's development and improvement work.
Are You the one?
We are looking for you who is service oriented, accurate and flexible. For this role, it is for sure your lovely personality that is most important.
The phone is your main tool, so we are looking for you who are driven by good customer service.
In addition, you need a high school diploma, speak fluent Finnish and Swedish and have very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing.
