Do you want to combine your strong automation skills and your mechanical interest in a specialist role? We offer a key position in a technical support group where you will have the possibility to further develop your expertise and work in a wide internal and external network close to our customers. The position is based in Lund, but includes 50% travelling.
Tetra Pak Cluster North Europe operates in the Nordic Countries, the Baltic's and UK and Ireland. We market and sell processing, packaging and distribution solutions to the food industry to provide convenient, innovative and environmentally sound products. Our customers are mainly in the dairy and beverage business. We are approximately 1.300 employees. The Technical Support group is responsible for System Specialist Support, Quality Assurance Management Support as well as Claims and Technical Issue management. Our organization is set up to handle the Market Area Nordics (Scandinavia and Baltic) and in each country we have local representation in Sales and Technical Service with a strong focus on the customers.
The main tasks in the positions are:
• To provide automation expertise to support the technology used in Tetra Pak equipment.
• To support Field Service Engineers in problem solving.
• To attend and resolve technical issues, sometimes at short notice.
• To develop and train Field Service Engineers and others in your network and to share knowledge by documenting and communicating.
• To implement Monitoring and Line Control systems and Data Management.

You are a strong communicator who enjoys building networks, spreading your knowledge and giving advice. Documentation is an important tool to you and you have a structured way of working. Of course, you have a strong customer focus.
You have solid automation skills, consisting of several years experience of PLC and Network systems within the processing industry. In addition, you have a mechanical understanding that allows you to analyze technical issues from different perspectives. Knowledge of Rockwell Automation, Ethernet Networking and Field Bus Systems as well as Tetra Pak standard Software and Network is considered a plus. Your command of Swedish and English, both verbal and written, is excellent.
