In this role you will work with:
• Business information based on how information assets drive business outcomes.
• Together with business make information available.
• Enabling, in an agile approach, through identification, definition and analysis; The information sharing across the Business Areas processes and users (BI backend and front end).
• Work closely with our Integration Program Manager and Security Officer.
Main responsibilities:
• Create and manage roadmaps and strategies
• Manage the structure, processes and delivery of available information in line with business strategies
• Drives processes for the delivery of information, analytics platforms, and various solutions to customers/user and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of its implementation
• Combine data to increase synergy and other business value and quickly visualize what information matters most to the organization based on the defined business strategy.
• Keep track which applications that owns the data, which applications subscribes on data from other applications
• Manage our backend and front end BI infrastructure
• Always have security in mind so that we handle our information in a correct & secure way in close collaboration with our Security Officer and Integration Program Manager.
Country and city description:
Sweden, Örebro, Fagersta or Stockholm.
Additional information:
This position will report to the MR Vice President IS/IT.
Travel will be required: maximum 15%, except travels in Sweden.
If the candidate is not based in Örebro, then travel to Örebro 1-2 days per week will be needed.

Educational requirements and experience:
• University degree or equivalent competence gained through experience.
• Knowledge of value and use of standard IT processes and methodologies(i.e. ITIL and PMI) and agile development.
• You have minimum five years of relevant work experience.
• Your written and oral English skills are fluent.

• Strong leadership skills and result driven
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to both business and technical individuals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a global environment.

• The ideal candidate is well organized and able to operate in both a team and independently.
• As a team player you will share the information with your colleagues in a natural way.
