Job summary
Are you a driver with strategic mindset, a solid technical background and excellent business understanding who would like to work in one of the fastest growing businesses in Tetra Pak Services?
As part of our ambitious growth strategy Tetra Pak have established a team focused on expanding the Consumables business globally (i.e., our portfolio of hot melt, lubricants, stretch film, etc.). You will belong to this diversified and dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to Consumables into reality.
Mainly you will act as a technical specialist for our Consumables offering. The cross functionality of the role will require work in a global environment including close collaboration with both D&T programmes, market companies, suppliers and of course Customers.

The position is preferably based either in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy.
What you will do
• Act as a technical counterpart towards the D&T programmes, Market companies, CSO and suppliers. Follow up development, verification and validation, and training needs.
• Monitor and analyse the delivery success of the products.
• Drive and implement Tetra Pak and supplier processes for product development, quality assurance and technical support in the Consumable category.
• Secure that technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth, i.e. technical publications, manuals, trainings and best practices.
• Support the analysis of product technical performance and quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Support market companies in more complex technical discussions related to the consumable's portfolio
We believe you have
We seek a result oriented, driven person with ability to inspire and create commitment across functions. You have a strong technical background as well as good communication skills. You have an analytical mindset and business understanding.
You have a few years' working experience from either a development function, field service or technical sales support. As this role will support with development & deployment activities, knowledge of testing methods and general technical knowledge is highly beneficial.
You have a university degree or equivalent in engineering. Your technical understanding and structured mindset will be big assets in this role, enabling you to understand the market and prioritise.
To be successful in this position you need a strong personal drive that is used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results. Good ability to establish professional relationships both internally and externally.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
