HEAD OFFICE STOCKHOLMs team needs an assistant!

Head Office Stockholm is an office space center located in the very heart of CBD in Stockholm.
We provide workplaces, business lounge, meeting rooms and a full range of other business related services to almost 40 companies from different sectors, countries and business industries.

Our work routines are all about providing the best possible service and work experience to not only our customers but also to their customers, visitors, vendors and projects.

Each day, we host dozens of people and our main focus is to do our best so they can be their best.

Currently, we are looking for a part time (50%) assistant who will:
• Be over 20 years old
• Have at least 2 years experience from service industry on a high level, preferably abroad
• Be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Have good communications skills
• Be passionate about service, social relations as much as personal development
• Have attention to details and aesthetic sensitivity
• Have high work ethic
• Do her/his best to ensure that the customer experience is exceptional throughout the entire business centre from house keeping tasks to board meeting hosting.
