www.engelska.se IES Enskede is looking for an experienced educator to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal for Junior School in August 2021.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will support, develop and lead junior school teachers and Heads of Departments. Together, you will work to deliver high academic standards in our Junior school. Having previous experience working in the Swedish School System and a strong knowledge of Swedish School Law is important for this role.
We are looking for a visible role model with a strong presence in the daily life of the school. You are able to develop a range of approaches to assist in engaging with students and teaches in Junior school. You are flexible and adaptable to change, and can handle pressure on a daily basis. You have a strong passion for children and education and for helping them find their place in the world. You are able to build relationships with staff to make them feel heard and supported. You are able to work on your own initiative, make good judgments and lead as required.
