Job Position: Assistant Product Manager - Fulfillment / Logistics

Job Description Overview:

Responsible for the overall forecast system for Notebook, PAD and Accessories, including: inputting and maintaining budgets and forecast on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. Working closely with Product Management team, Sales and logistics to ensure an up-to-date budget overview and a stable and smooth product availability to ensure that delivery and customer satisfaction goals are met. Ensure the system supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
• Maintain and review the forecast and delivery plans for all Nordic accounts on a weekly and daily basis to ensure good product availability for the Nordic countries
• Communicate between HQ, factory, Country Product Management team, Sales team, and Customers for forecast, allocation, product quantity, delivery schedule/plan etc
• To ensure a smooth and accurate logistics management which includes order fulfillment and processing orders from overseas distributors
• Follow up, coordinate and closely monitor shipments from worldwide manufacturing sites to ensure all deliveries are smoothly made
• Actively liaise with customers and forwarders for smooth transportation of goods.
• Ensure customers' requests and enquiries are fulfilled in a prompt action
• Any other tasks relate to fulfillment and logistics when assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Experience:
• At least colleague graduate or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferable. Swedish is a plus.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in IT business preferably in distribution, retail or vendor field
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Well organized and with attention to details
• Proactive self-starter and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
