Scania is proud of the quality of its products, which continuously improves despite the growth in complexity and functionality of the Electrical System. In order to face those challenges, Q-Team Electrics plays a vital role by getting involved on deviations, supporting Production and after-market.

We focus on trucks, although we support common systems on buses as well. Our responsibility area is parts and components, belonging to the departments of Embedded software & Functions as well as Systems Platform. It consists of the ECUs along with its software, functions and surrounding hardware e.g. contacts and cables. That responsibility extends globally in production units in France, the Netherlands and Brazil.

By acting on production deviations as well as customer complaints and quality deviations found at end customer, we continuously improve the quality and the profitability for Scania. Our challenge is to coordinate and help investigate & introduce the right solutions for both production and after-market, with shortest possible lead time.

The target is to have a Short Term Solution within 24 hrs and a defined Long Term Solution within 10 working days.

Keen on making evaluations, taking initiatives, making decisions and following established processes accordingly.
Being social with good communication skills is very important since teamwork and cross-functional activities are required. Project management experience and organization skills would be useful when running assignments.

In order to better understand a problem, a technical background is needed, you must at least have a B.Sc. degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
