Short job description
This position will be embedded on our customer site in Södertälje and play a key role in supporting the costumer reduce the cost of maintenance and its supporting inventory whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The role has Direct and In-Direct reports which includes Asset Management Professionals and Storeroom Attendants and will be supporting daily activities on two different sites (Gärtuna and Snäckviken). You will be responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing the Project team deliverables to ensure customer needs are exceeded.
Main responsibilities:
• Work with Rockwell and 3rd Party repair centers to ensure customer satisfaction & effective operations
• Interact with the costumer and collaborate with the AMP who is responsible for the repair task
• Support the development of effective MRO processes
• Manage the sharing of best practices across the customer sites
• Overall KPI reporting and performance management
• Provide assistance in complexity and customer satisfaction concerns and operational efficiency
• Commercial support to improve business profitability for Customer and relationship
• Support the development and execution of business strategic plan
• Provide accurate forecasting regularly and when required by the business
• P&L responsibility
• Create business value and excellent customer service experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required
• Must possess high degree of computer literacy, plus customer account management ideally with start-up/project e.g. functional knowledge of SAP, and relational databases
• Project management, customer relationship management as well as leadership experience
• Can demonstrate knowledge of the Asset Management business and have an understanding of accurate forecasting and full P&L
• Experience in working with and environment preferably within Life science and previous experiences with Criticality Analysis.
