• Reporting to the maintenance manager, the purpose of the role is to define and improve the Maintenance Plan to assess the efficiency of Maintenance Execution in Manufacturing and Distribution.
• Key accountabilities and responsibilities will include: Producing and optimizing a timely and deliverable cost effective Maintenance program for manufacturing and distribution, to optimize the reliability of all electrical and mechanical assets.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in converting the ESC Maintenance Strategy into an effective site/local Maintenance Plan Assessing and organizing the requirements of all external third party technical support.
• Seeking and implementing alternative spare parts to minimize M and R spend.
• Reviewing and continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance plan through the use of CI tools.
• In collaboration with Team Leaders, assess the effectiveness of the maintenance plan and identify any essential technical training requirements.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are monitored to ensure the appropriate standards are achieved for internal or external works on site.
• Drive continual improvement to the overall maintenance program, based on the data of the Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Control the M&R budgets vs the planned maintenance level requirements.
• Create and keep up to date a set of Technical Documents which detail instructions for asset care for equipment and work areas to the standards and frequencies expected to ensure assets are kept in good working order.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The successful candidate should also be able to display the following technical competencies.
• Understanding of manufacturing efficiency concepts (e.g. 6 losses and Line Utilization concepts)
• Strong functional knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and automation maintenance.
• Understanding Original Equipment Manufacturer Asset Care guidance.
• Super user expertise in Central Maintenance Management Systems.
• Expert in maintenance strategies
• Coaching expertise to raise capability of Technicians
