We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially interested Area Visual who wants to join our South Area, supporting the colleagues and leaders in our stores. We are a growth company with high ambitions to grow our company in new and creative ways and you will play an essential role in our journey ahead!
Job Description
Together with your Area team you are responsible for reaching the Sales & Profit goals in the area by securing that all stores deliver a Great Customer Experience. The role as Area Visual is broad and challenging, and you will have a great opportunity to affect the core business by acting as an informal leader with a strong knowledge-based approach; you train and coach Area and Store Teams on Visual topics to enable our colleagues and business to grow. You are responsible to Build and maintain inspiring stores, strengthening the H&M Brand and driving sales. You play a key role in coaching & inspiring your colleagues about Fashion & Trends on a daily basis and are responsible to deliver the visual goals & strategy within your area in line with your Country Visual goals & Area goals.
You inspire and motivate your teams to deliver excellent indirect customer service in their stores through 100% implementation of the Commercial Handbook.
You ensure there is a consistently high visual level in Stores that is both inspirational and commercially competitive as well as being in line with the global guidelines.
Ensure your stores have Great Visual Teams by actively working with succession planning, talent, recruitment and leadership development as well as structured performance management and follow up.
Plan and deliver quality visual training for all visual roles. You are expected to lead by example, always driven by the values and the ambition to make our people and business grow.
Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit and support the commercial planning
Qualifications

Visual Manager experience (1-year minimum)
Have a strategic approach to the business and a curiosity to experiment, see patterns and find out what truly makes an impact
You are an inspiring communicator with the ability to manage a multitude of different tasks due to great structure and a positive can-do attitude to motivate your surroundings.
Additional information
This is a full-time 1-year contract based in Malmö with a start date in September 2022.
