hela Sverige Adecco Tech are now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Leader within Megacasting for our client within the automotive industry. In this role, you will be accountable for one or more projects at the tactical and strategic levels within specific sub-areas.
About the role
In the assignment as a Area Leader within Megacasting, where you will be employed by Adecco Tech, you will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project for a specific area in the plant. Furthermore, you will also be responsible of predicting as many dangers and problems as possible; and to visualize, plan, organize and control activities so that the project is completed as successfully as possible. You will also be responsible for developing a plan for significant aspects of internal and external communications.
Key responsibilities:
• Contract Management: Manage a portfolio of contracts and plan, coordinate and supervise activities relating to major contracts for a specified area.
• Client & Customer Management: Manage relationships with internal and external customers on different levels.
• Financial Management & Control: Work within established systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control.
• Strategic Planning: Work within established strategic planning systems to achieve specific goals within area of responsibility.
• Improvement / Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
About you
We believe that, as an individual, you possess a strong background with numerous documented successful projects, showcasing your proven ability to oversee the initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects. Additionally, your track record includes comprehensive reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating your adeptness in managing diverse project portfolios. You also have a strong background in proactive risk management, and your ability to visualize, plan, organize and control activities help maximize project success through strategic planning.
Key skills:
• Experience in contract management, including planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to major contracts.
• Skilled in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders on various levels.
• Competence in working within established financial systems to deliver prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control.
• Ability to identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures.
