We are currently searching for our new superstar to take on the challenge of Head of RXD Concrete for Sweden (70%) and Nordics (30%) to be based in Sika Sweden's HQ in Spånga
As the position holder your main responsibilities will be:
• Lead and supervise one direct reporting Lab technician
• Development of new products according to market need with local or corporate collaboration.
• Product maintenance, improvement/cost optimization of existing products assortment.
• Ensuring that the Corporate Business Development Strategy is implemented through-out the region
• Providing chemical/technical support to local production plants and customers and our production facility
• Offering R&D Support in all the Area countries
• Implementation of Regional initiatives as outlined by the Region
• Evaluating competing technologies, new raw materials and processes.
We Need Your Skills
The successful candidate is result oriented, having strong technical skills, a genuine team player with proven decision making skills and initiative.
We value entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach highly, to do well in the position you need to have good knowledge of English, Swedish is meriting.
We seek for candidates with a minimum of 5 years professional experience from product deve-lopment, preferably in an industrial environment and at least two years' experience of leading R&D personnel.
The position requires some traveling.
