We are looking for a business driven and entrepreneurial talent to join Transfer Galaxy Commercial team of Community Managers.
About the job:
You will work towards the Moroccan community in Sweden, where your responsibility will be to drive the digital transformation and spread the use of Transfer Galaxy's service within the community. In order for the customers to change from traditional remittance providers to Transfer Galaxy's, it is important to instill trust and safety. Your responsibilities will be to:
• Create brand-awareness in the Moroccan community in the Nordics
• Target the local community, attend local events, meetings and other get-togethers across Sweden
• Establish contact with key influencers within the local community
• Establish partnerships within the local community
• Contribute with ideas and feedback on online and offline campaigns targeting the Morrocan community in the Nordics
• Listen to customers and come with suggestions on how Transfer Galaxy can adapt its product offering to better meet customer's demands
The ideal candidate has/is:
• A large social network within the Morrocan community in Sweden/the Nordics
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong orientation towards results
• The ability to work independently on strategic and operative day-to-day task
• A team player spirit
• Willing to get your hands dirty - Transfer Galaxy is (still) a small but growing company and need people with a bias towards action at every level
• A strong willingness to learn new things
• A positive attitude and an eagerness to be part of the digital disruption
• Highly responsible and customer oriented
• Fluency in Arabic and English
