3M Västervik is seeking an
Application Engineer
Primary Metals is a segment within the global department Precision Grinding and Finishing - PG&F.
It is our task to assist local 3M subsidiaries to sell industrial abrasive tools towards metal producers - mainly steel industry. We have three product portfolios that we primarily target: Surface Conditioning, Roll re-grinding and Cutting-off. Be part of what's next!

Job Summary
As an Application Engineer you provide technical expertise to sales and marketing teams, customers and OEMs. The work is done in close cooperation with Product Mngr, Technical Support and local teams to contribute to continuous product development. You are expected to provide market information to optimize products, after-sales and technical service, and also to lead replication of success stories between countries and key accounts and deliver training to local teams.
