We are currently looking to strengthen Philips Healthcare with an Application Specialist for our Clinical Informatics Team.
As an Application Specialist for Healthcare Nordic Informatics you will be responsible for promoting Philips software system in the assigned district and support Account Managers with solution offerings and tender proposals. In addition, the Applications Specialist ensures that customers (e.g. end-users, technicians, and operators) are properly trained to optimally use the equipment delivered, installed and handed over by Philips Healthcare, maximizing customer satisfaction. You will support the Account Managers by planning and executing demonstrations, clinical trials and carry responsibility for clinical discussions with customers in the pre sale phase. You will also be responsible for in-depth product knowledge.
It is an advantage if you are located in the Stockholm area, but it is not a must; however you need to be prepared to travel at least three days per week in the Nordic Region. On top of that you need to travel to international trainings and other sessions two to three weeks per year.
Responsibilities
• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows
• Working as part of an account team to ensure modality results are reached according to account plans and targets
• Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered
• Ensure that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received
• Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
• You have a nurse education or other relevant degree
• Experience within radiology and/or cardiology
• Good understanding of the clinical needs and process
• Technical interest
• Fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and written
• It is a merit if you also speak Finnish

Furthermore it is important that you have excellent communication and presentation skills and like to educate and train clinical staff.
