We offer you As Application Lead for the Newbie brand, you are a part of our IT Online team and are responsible for the development, management and maintenance of all the applications within our online sales for Newbie. This includes to lead and coordinate the work between the system owners in our business organization and all the different functions in the IT department, both in development and maintenance processes.
You work in a team with the business organization to drive the overall system development forward. You also work in close collaboration with the solution architect to meet the requirements of the business, and regularly follow up the development needs together with our external partners.
Working with IT at Kappahl provides a fun mix of technology and fashion retail in a very creative environment. You are heavily involved in driving Kappahl's/Newbie core business forward, meeting the future needs from our customers and set the way of working that leads to the realization of the profitability and digitalization of the Newbie brand.

Your profile We want you to have an academic degree within IT, or similar. You also have relevant experience of online business, and a good understanding of system integrations and system methodology.
As a person, you are solution-oriented and likes to take solution from idea to implementation. You enjoy having many contact areas and you are stimulated by working at a high pace within a large organization. You have a good ability to understand the business's processes and see how IT solutions can support them. You like to be creative and find new ways, but also to get immersed in a challenging problem. You are structured and can communicate freely in English and Swedish, both in speech and writing.
