About this opportunity
Applications Sweden in PeB Technology, supports development for applications throughout its lifecycle and manages maintenance activities, that serve Personal Banking's products to customers. In our application portfolio we have a number of applications - from the largest such as INL, to the smallest, all applications are important to the day-to-day run of the bank. The team works closely with people in Product Responsible Units, Operations, PeB COO and other stakeholders to secure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of products.
What you'll be doing:
* Address customer & stakeholder questions with other dedicated application and product experts
* Ensure customer satisfaction when dealing with incidents
* Drive and participate in project work, and to deliver new and enhanced products to customers
* Mitigate risks in application portfolio while balancing customer deliveries and cost
* Ensure compliance of the applications and supported products
To succeed in this role, we believe that:

* You like to navigate in the area between business and IT, and have a knowledge of business processes within Personal banking and IT on a general level

Having user knowledge of applications, e.g. from user, tech or customer support is a strong outset for building further knowledge in this role.
Practically, you will become part of small & dynamic team of 2 Application Managers. While you learn about Application Management and the applications in scope, you will grow from input and experience of seasoned colleagues. Over time, you can expand the role into becoming Application Manager yourself.
