As an antenna system developer and a member of the team you will be working with a broad spectrum of tasks. You will participate in developing and establish requirements for our products and solutions. You will perform technical investigations, contribute to the evolution of our product portfolio, participate in pre-development projects as well as in TA/CA studies and follow the developments in the area of antenna systems. As our projects are frequently realized in cooperation with external partners, you will have many opportunities for international contacts.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Responsibilities:
• You will drive strategic technical leadership
• Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
• Develop and test high quality products
• Perform trouble shooting and customer support
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Develop competence in technical domain
• Mentor/coach engineers
Qualifications
We are looking for a result oriented system developer and team worker with strong customer focus. You have strong analytical skills and you are a fast learner. You have high interest in the field of antenna systems and advanced antenna system functionalities for cellular radio networks. We find the following important for this position:
• MSc degree in physics or electrical engineering or equivalent
• Good understanding of cellular radio networks.
• Good knowledge in Radio/RF/antenna technologies and products
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and network oriented organization
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Innovating, adapting and responding to change
• Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• Planning and Organizing
• Fluency in English is essential
