AI Foundation is the team within the area AI, Analytics and Data that focuses on developing Machine Learning solutions to support and/or improve different H&M group processes that range from Supply Chain and Production (Quantification, Allocation and Pricing models are some examples) to Customer areas (recommendation engines, etc.).
The AI Community team is responsible for creating awareness and interest in AI internally to help develop a data-driven culture and externally to attract talent and raise H&M's profile while continuing to educate and upskill the organization at all levels.
Job Description
We're looking for a versatile AI Learning Lead with a background in data science or advanced data analytics who is interested in designing and developing effective, creative and innovative AI training solutions. You will design, build and facilitate learning and development initiatives in various formats such as E-learning, workshops and managing peer coaching groups. These training programs will be for a variety of personas, including but not limited too data scientists, ML Engineers, data analysts, and business users, globally.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you'll be able to translate the curriculum needs into an actionable plan that is repeatable, scalable and balances things like quality of learning experience, available capabilities, capacity, and operational costs. As we work with several platform vendors, you'll partner with them to leverage existing training courses and content and roll these out for all employees.
You'll also partner closely with the Learning & Development CoE within Business Tech HR to keep each other apprised of learning and development plans, content best practices and relevant tools and software.
Qualifications
• Must have AI, Data Science or Data Analytics experience.
Required skills/qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Background in data science or advanced data analytics
• Strong AI knowledge and work experience
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience and knowledge of Agile methods and tools (Jira, Miro boards,...)
• Experience in handling several projects at the same time in a fast paced environment
"Nice to have" skills/qualifications:
• Experience working in learning and development roles
• Leadership and influencing skills
• Fashion or retail industry experience
Required language skills:
• English
