In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Work with one of the most important areas in the bank with a constant need to change, but at the same time must be up running on a 24/7 basis. The deposit and transfer area is large and consist of 20+ employees and 16 services whereof 6 Mission Critical services. The area is central for our customers' offering and is involved with many parts of the bank to deliver customer value. The area is critically important, growing, and therefore we are searching for two new APOs.

• Owning, prioritize and manage team backlog, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.

• Be responsible for maximizing value of an investment opportunity and the work of the agile team.

• As a service owner, take full lifecycle responsibility for both new and already implemented applications.

• As a Service Owner in Deposits and Payments you are responsible for some of the most critical and important services.

• The services within Deposit and Payments must be running on a 24/7 basis and you are the responsible contact person for incidents, deployments and updates connected to these services.

• Ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategies and Service Management processes.

• Responsible for communicating the product vision and roadmap to the agile team.

• Develop and maintain account and payment functionalities that is critical for our customers.

• Accountable for when to deploy/release a feature to production.

• Be involved in the development process from start to finish and ensure agreed activities are delivered.

• Work according to SAFe, scaled agile framework.

• In close cooperation with the team, stakeholders and train lead manage the expectations on deliveries.

What is needed in this role:
• Proven strong leadership and communicational skills.

• Experience from working in an agile team with relevant agile tools.

• Prioritize and effectively manage the backlog.

• Ensure that backlog items are clearly expressed and understood by the team.

• Experience from Project management and/or Product development.

• Account area experience is a requirement.

• Experience in software development and maintenance.

• Academic degree in either engineering and/or business administration.

• A problem solver with a can-do-attitude who gets motivated by new responsibilities.

• Ability to engage and inspire other people.

• Interest in learning how our account products can be used in the best way for creating business value.

• You are open and adaptable to change and have the courage to, in times of change, show others the way.

• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge as well as learning from colleagues.

• Proficient language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
