We are now looking for two Inspirational Leaders to be part of our Aftermarket Readiness team. Come, and be part where everything begins!

About you and the role
What we need you to do with a product lifecycle mindset, is to drive and secure deliveries in ongoing initiatives for both new product development and product improvements. In this role you represent Aftermarket functions, and you will coordinate deliveries, in some key areas you have more in-depth knowledge and understanding of what requirements are needed and bring them to the projects. This is critical to ensure uptime and maintainability for the product.
What you bring with you - You are a true team player and have a natural understanding of the customer's needs. You are a solution-oriented person with the ability to see the bigger picture. You have experience of Project Management, and are used to working with requirements (business, product, product lifecycle perspective) or similar experience. You also understand the meaning of Systems Engineering. To be successful in this role you need to be a good communicator and have the ability to work cross functionally and in multicultural teams.
