Job description
Perido is looking for an Administrative Office for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will (among other things):
• Provide independent and high level administrative and organisational support to the planning, implementation, coordination and follow up of the activities in different projects, both internal and external
• Organise and monitor projects and activities and follow up on deadlines, implementation and reporting
• Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, transcribing minutes, reception of visitors
• Regularly monitor the annual work programme execution in collaboration with the Head of the Disease Programme. Day-to-day coordination and management of the disease programme work plan
• Manage documentation for briefings and publications
• Support the procurement processes within a specific programme
• Support the Head and Deputy Head of the Disease Programme in work planning for the following year
To be successful in this role you need organisational and administrative skills as well as a good sense of confidentiality and discretion. You have the ability to work under pressure and have experience in organising and prioritising work accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative officer, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Excellent skills in managing documentation, preparing correspondence and other documentation
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Excellent command of English; oral and written
• High level of responsibility and ability to take initiative
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start in January , end date March 31 with possible extension (12 months).
