Summary Job Description
The person performing this function has the oversight for the day to day activities of the accounting department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for oversight and support of the daily finance activities like: A/P, preparation of payments, bank bookings, VAT tax filings. .

Accountabilities
Ensuring the business support function delivers timely, accurate information that complies with financial regulations, policies and procedures.

• Execute tax filings for VAT, corporate tax and payroll tax;
• Ensures compliance with tax and statutory and audit requirements;
• Provide auditors with the required information;
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and support documentation to the management;
• Initiates and executes projects to create an efficiency of accounting process;
• Ensures and stimulates a cost awareness environment;
• Ensures a positive and participative department environment;
• Liaise and communicates with external/internal parties regarding regular financial requirements;
• Assists the Site Lead with additional activities, as required;
• Work according to the company 's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) standards and procedures and contribute to continues improvement of internal SHE processes, culture and performance.

Communication
Candidate will report directly to Site Lead.

Needs to be able to communicate well to external parties like suppliers/auditors. Need to be able to communicate well internally to colleagues. Needs to have a very high integrity, as he has access to company funds.

Job Requirements
• Education at bachelor level with business administration, finance and accounting orientation;
• Basic talent for leadership to be able to guide other business support employees;
• Organizes the general and accounting activities. Can to large extend organize own work. Can make basic routine filings;
• Ability to schedule and accomplish tasks independently, exhibit sense of urgency;
• Problem solve, plan and organize to a high level;
• In depth working knowledge of statutory requirements;
• Ability to interpret monthly results in order to advice the Site Lead of financial impact of decisions with recommendations for appropriate courses of actions;
• Ability to work within a small team;
• Good verbal and written skills in the Swedish and English language.

Job Scope (About the Assignment)
The Administration Coordinator role is a consulting assignment. As a consultant, you have a position with Adecco Sweden. Project period is until December 31st.
