Your role
Help us maintain a high IT-security posture in an ever-changing threat environment. Secure IT-systems is one of the keys to a successful business and accreditation is a vital part of the security efforts!
The Accreditation process at Saab is a method to make sure that all information systems are accredited to properly safeguard information within the organization. Accreditation means a risk-based decision that a system can be deployed into operation.
You will work as an Accreditation Leader in close cooperation with our business. As an accreditation Leader you will be an expert in performing accreditation according to our internal processes and legal and contractual security requirements.
The work will be performed in projects and in cooperation with other project members such as IT Architects, Business Analysts and Verification engineers. You will have access to a network of specialists within the areas of Information Security, Data Privacy and Export control.
You will also be part of a team of accreditation leaders within the IT organization to enable cooperation and exchange of experience.
The main tasks are:
* Plan and coordinate accreditation work within development projects and services
* Close cooperation with team members to validate security requirements
* Document accreditations according to internal processes
Ordinary occurring tasks:
* Evaluate the result from the accreditations via lessons learned
* Participate in developing the accreditation process based on the evaluations
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a great interest in cyber security and governance of information security. You have a broad technical IT background, probably from system development. You like to work in a structured fashion and like to work both on your own and in teams. You possess social ability and you are outward and communicative in your interaction with others.
You are prepared to defend the security requirements and as the lead accreditation expert in the projects you must be prepared to also educate your project fellows in the necessity of accreditation from time to time.
Required skills:
* Technical background from IT-development
* Minimum five years of relevant work experience
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
* Genuine interest in the Cyber Security area
Desired skills:
* Knowledge regarding ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, Krav Säkerhetsfunktioner - KSF, Industrissäkerhetsskyddsmanual - ISM, Export control, GDPR
* Previous experience in industry, defense and/or government
* Structured way of working
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
Your primary workstation can be either Göteborg, Järfälla or Linköping and travelling will be required as part of the job.

We are primary partner in early stages and projects, we help Saab's business grow by developing new and improve existing solutions within the development environments nationally and internationally.
