The Nordic finance department is situated in our headquarter in Malmö, and consist of an Accounting team of three accountants and a Finance manager. The Nordic finance department is fully responsible for all accounting and reporting of all Nordic entities.
You will be working as one of three accountants in the Nordic market with responsibility of accounting activities for two, out of six, legal entities, working in close cooperation within the accounting team, Finance manager, Controlling team and CFO.
While you will be responsible for the accounting of two legal entities, emphasis is on teamwork within the finance department to support each other and continuously improve and develop processes and routines.
We are using SAP as our main financial system and HFM (Hyperion) as reporting system. Tasks include AP invoices, PO creation, payments, provisions, reconciliations, month end closing activities etc.
Experience
We are looking for person with a broad accounting background and at least 5 years' experience. You can perform daily accounting tasks and month end closure independently, but is also a hands-on team player eager to support your team members and solve problems and ad hoc tasks.
You should be experienced within SAP and have good Excel skills. You are analytical and have attention to details, as well as process oriented and focused on continuous improvements.
Profile of candidate
• Very good communication and influencing skills and comfortable working with different cultures.
• Willingness to be hands-on
• Strong knowledge of ERP-Software SAP
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
