Background

CHG Meridian is a leading international company that enables customers to Acquire Technology As-a-Service, which allows them to access technology on demand.

This shifts the customer-supplier relationship from the traditional model of ownership to a model evolving around providing a service on a non-ownership basis.

We offer leasing services in connection with technology investments in the Swedish Industry space. Our customized services cover all aspects of production; from production facilities and manufacturing equipment to warehouse systems, warehouse trucks, robotics, and automation. We support our customers from purchasing and operation to remarketing. The customer advantages include reduced costs, better visibility, and increased flexibility.

As CHG is doing very well and operate in a fast-growing sector with unlimited potential, a need to grow the Industrial salesforce in Sweden has arisen, which is where you come into the picture.

Your role

You will be responsible for working with partners and end-customers; opening up new ones and managing current key accounts in Sweden. The solution sales focus is on material handling equipment (MHE), robotics, and automation, offering the emerging business model As a service.

You will travel throughout Sweden, developing and establishing existing and new partnerships with CHG 's focus suppliers and subcontractors, implementing and managing national and international customer projects, and coordinating necessary resources and back-office activities.

Your profile

Taking initiative, being curious, and having motivation, are more important to us than specific skills, and we teach you what you don 't know.

However, to thrive in this role we believe you have been engaged with large organizations on a high level, and ideally have previous sales experience working within the area of MHE, robotics, and automation - or in financial services within these or adjoining areas.

And don 't worry about the technical or financial specifics, we will teach those to you and also support you through our global support structure.

You need to have a strategic mindset and commercial acumen; be adept in deal construction and have a strong understanding of the financing of capital equipment. As important is your experience in winning business with large account customers, that you are confident in presenting and negotiating at all levels (incl. C) within the sales cycle, have a proven solution sales approach, and can demonstrate individual concepts.

You are a team player with an open and friendly approach, who is fluent in Swedish and have a good level of English. A good command of the Finnish language is very nice but not a must.
