We are now looking for a skilled, self-motivated, and service-minded Instructor who loves teaching and wants to join our Learning Services, Delivery team. You will be part of a global team where the responsibility for the development of the latest Learning products will be handled by us in Kista. Our customers come from all over the world and the teaching can be done on their premises, in our classrooms or online.
The main purpose of the role of Instructor is to be responsible for delivery, development and customization of training products for Learning Services' customers. We want you to bring skills in Ericsson 5G Core in general and Packet Core in particular.
What you will do
Develop and customize customer learning products
Manage customers & course participants in classroom or on-line
Modify and further develop the training material in response to feedback from course participants
Administrate the classroom situation, face2face or on-line
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing, act as a mentor to other team members.
Deal with different training labs and build exercises for the students.
Propose solutions covering learning requirements and present them to Regions and Customers.
You will bring
University degree in Telecommunication, Technical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
Curiosity about Pedagogy
High presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Writing & reporting, to develop course material in Word and PowerPoint.
Domain experience: area of expertise - Ericsson Packet Core
Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience working with cloud-native applications will be an added plus.
Good knowledge of Ericsson's products and solutions.
Understanding of Integration and configuration process
Understanding of the Ericsson Learning Product Development (LPD) process is a benefit

Market insight, up to date with new developments in related technologies and products.
