Within the group Materials Efficiency we contribute by delivering material data to the ART's so they will be able to choose the best Sustainable material available for their design. The responsibility includes target setting, Supporting CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) analysis with Material data, testing in laboratory as well as full vehicle testing on proving ground. We perform component and system testing in related areas of mechanical or material testing and chemical analysis.

What you'll do
You will have a close cooperation with the SAs and GDLs at the ART 's you are working with. Your responsibilities will be to secure that the test results, deviations and reports are delivered on time. You will also perform system and component testing and do test analyses on all levels within complete vehicle. The areas of expertise that you will develop are fuel distribution, fuel storage, battery, polymers and rubber.
You will be the one summarises lessons learned from each project and give feedback to engineering in the next concept phase.
Who are you?
You are a customer focused Analysis engineer with the ability to drive tasks towards goals and deliver on time. You possess strong communication skills and are eager to work in a group, cooperating with others.
We see that you have a university degree in Engineering, preferably Chemistry or similar that provided you with knowledge of polymer material engineering. You will also need a couple of years of experience from performing tests in rig, develop methods and/or of virtual verification. If you have previous experience within Propulsion, Interior or Exterior Engineering is meritorious.
