hela Sverige The Zone Education Manager is responsible for delivering high customer satisfaction through customer clinical education delivery. He/She will drive the digital transformation of our customer training and clinical education offering whilst supporting higher IB retention and IB revenue generation.
Essential Responsibilities:
People
Direct Management of all Imaging Clinical Education Specialists in the zone
Building a strong pipleline of diverse candidates for future openings, ensuring a variety of profiles & experience (radiographers, biomedical, PhD, NHS, private)
Establishing relationships with key national societies, Schools of Radiography and Digital training entities (including emerging AI based models)
Training and Development of team, improving retention and establishing a career path to PS, ZCL, PCS, or EU role with the help of European Center of Excellence
Operational Excellence & Online Adoption
Drive Excellence in customer training in line with equipment contract commitment
Maximise quality whilst Optimising cost.
Facilitate coordination with Customers, local Account Teams, Supply Chain, Modality Managers, and European CoE
Lead & manage the transition to more online based training and adoption of digital learning technologies - eLearning Platform, GECares user community, Appslinq, etc.
Clinical Excellence Programs
Develop and deliver education programs for our IB customers (Appslinq, online support, HLS, Webinars, Communities, classrooms) and drive education revenues through service contract & web
Support IB commercial programs requiring clinical education input (upgrades, software, coils) to increase total IB revenues and retention
Support the delivery and adoption of new digital offerings (DW Explore, Protocol Manager, MR & CT Excellence Program)
Adress top accounts requirement with regards to Education, defining the appropriate value proposition and creating value
Qualifications/Requirements:
Significant Clinical Training or Clinical Education experience
Leadership experience/skills. Team oriented with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse field based team, and work across a matrix organisation
Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
Strong analytical and process skills with a Digital mindset - a digital change agent
Desired Characteristics:
MBA or Master's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant experience in customer services or related field
Healthcare product/industry acumen & ideally clinical knowledge
Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organisational influence
