We have an opening at our HR Department for a temporary Work Environment Coordinator. This is a full-time temporary position for 10 months starting the 2nd of March 2020, with the possibility for extension.
Work Environment Coordinator, you will develop the work environment and wellness within the Nudie Jeans corporate group. As a Nudie Jeans representative, you will strive to provide and maintain a good work environment and make sure that Nudie Jeans fulfills the legal work environment requirements. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated and have a general interest in the work environment policy.
You will be based at the Nudie Jeans headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden and report directly to the HR Manager.

As Work Environment Coordinator your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• Maintaining and developing the Systematic Work Environment (SAM).
• Maintaining our preventative fire and safety work (SBAB).
• Performing fire and safety inspections in our offices and stores both nationally and internationally.
• Staying up-to-date with current regulations and making sure to update potential changes.
• Providing operative support to managers.
Essential Experiences and Qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree with a focus on work environment and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Good IT skills.
• Self-driven personality with a can-do attitude and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Analytical, organized and effective in communication.
• Open to travel.
• Passionate about working at Nudie Jeans.
We are currently digitizing our employee engagement survey system. Previous experience with digital systems like Peakon, Winning Temp or similar is meritorious. Experience in the project leading system Asana is also a plus.
