WorkShop are now recruiting a new Polestar Specialist for Polestars Space managed by Bra Bil in central Gothenburg
The Polestar Space will bring a new approach to automotive retail. In contrast to the traditional car dealership, Polestar Spaces will be creative environments where you can physically interact with both their digital brand and their product experts. You'll also be able to examine the inner workings of the car, as well as having the opportunity to take them for test drives without compromise. They don't believe in shortcuts, they innovate constantly and they are relentless in their pursuit of the best. At Polestar, the sky is the limit.
What you'll do
At Polestar you will together with the Space team make sure to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all their current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar's front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for their visitors.
You will make sure that visitors get support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the space. They have created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience.
As a Polestar Specialist, you will introduce people to the exciting vehicle and services from Polestar, turning curiosity into intense interest, building and maintaining long-term business relationships with your customers. It 's your role to excite guests by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based upon their specific interests and agenda.
Who are you?

You have strong communication skills and are a person who make things happen. It is also important to be able communicate in a transparent and human-centric manner to maintain an open and trusting environment within your area of the business. We also see that you
• have experience from service and working with retail in a progressive and client-oriented environment
• have an interest and a curiosity to change the car industry, and therefore we encourage applicants from different industries
• are fluent in English and Swedish
• are super service minded and solution-oriented
This role will require a valid driver's license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Hours: Full time, weekdays and weekends
Start: 9 mars

Criminal record extract policy
Bra Bil strives to create a safe workplace that is free from all forms of abuse.
Bra Bil has therefore as part of this decided to introduce requirements for a criminal record extract for employment. The extract is to be submitted in a sealed envelope to the employee's manager for review. The results of the review are noted and communicated to the employee immediately if the extract is without comment. Otherwise, decisions shall be taken expeditiously.
There will be no employment before the manager has received criminal record extract and forwarded it along with employment certificates to HR. After the review has been completed, the employee will retrieve the criminal record extract.
