Job Purpose:

To provide an efficient HR service to Management and Staff in Nordics.

Contribute to the development of functions and processes within the HR area in line with eDreams ODIGEO and Travellink overall goals and strategies. Responsible for HR and payroll in the Nordic countries. Including consultative support to Managers in labor law, union negotiations, recruitment and selection. Employee relations and employee development. Occupational health & work environment. Policy development and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop a proactive co-operation with the various department heads of Nordic organization.
• Actively support managers and employees in employment law and employee-related issues.
• Salary and wage administration
• Update of employment, employment contracts, staff changes and personnel files
• Develop and maintain staff handbook
• Advise and assist managers with management of change, ensuring the minimum of employee relations issues when defining new organisational structures, redeploying staff and handling redundancy situations
• Establish contact with the employer associations and Union
• Health and safety issues  and equality plan
• Training needs along with the respective department manager
• Internal communications, HR and staff
• Pensions and insurance
• Recruitment and Selection
• Management consultative support  and Employee relations

Main interactions:

• Line managers of Nordic employees, Nordics country director, HR business partners, HR centers of expertise, Finance and Facilities Nordic.

Essential Skills:

• Nordic labor law, Specialist knowledge of HR is needed, minimum of 5 years, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of staff, good facilitation skills will be an advantage.

 * Payroll administration knowledge

 * Experienced in working in international organizations

Desirable Skills:

• International HR experience is desirable

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Knowledge in HR system is a plus

Languages Skills:

• Proficient level of English, written and oral
