In this role, you will be part of the PX Corporate & Business Functions team and help support parts of the client's digital core organization. This is a passionate team dedicated to leading the strategic and tactical agendas for our client's business.
Assignment description
• You will be an important link to the managers within Digital Core and with your business understanding and data-driven approach, you will translate our overall strategy and objectives into sharp personnel plans and deliver on them.
• Your assignment also includes work with the functions' strategic competencies, organizational design and personnel planning to ensure that the customer builds an organization that is suitable for the future.
• In this role, you will also be in charge of practical tasks in the areas of: leadership development, coaching, culture, diversity, inclusion, recruitment, talent development, labor relations and rehabilitation.

Experience and requirements

• You have a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational HR support.
Language
• You have very good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
