The position is within the Supply Chain/Customer Service Department.
Main responsibilities:
• Creation, maintenance and update of product database for Swedish, Danish and Norwegian market (nutritional facts, technical specifications, packaging, allergens)
• Creation, management and correction of orders in SAP system: availability of product in stock; comparison of orders on warehouse system (excel sheets) and SAP.
• Contact with Norwegian customers (delivery dates, order checking.
• Maintenance, Consistency checks and update of documents related to customer service and SCI.
• Support to Customer Service and SCI specialists in day to day activities.
You will be employed as a consultant at Manpower and the position starts immediately.
Who are you?
To be successful in this position the requirements are:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Economics/Office Administration.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Strong analytical skills and precision.
• Self-reliant, performance driven, entrepreneurial, flexible and customer oriented.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; knowledge of Norwegian would be an advantage, good English both spoken and written.
