• You will work as the CRM super-user representing customer care and act as the trainer for new users, drive improved processes with support from the system and streamline the way different users work with the system
• To succeed in this you need to understand our internal processes as well as our customers' needs and challenges
• You will track KPI's and set up new reports and dashboards in close collaboration with the customer care management and track them monthly, quarterly and yearly to analyse performance
• You will drive improvement as a part of our relentless continuous improvement culture and as a part of the Business development team.
Qualifications/Skills Required

You will work together with colleagues spread over EMEA but also with colleagues globally. You have an analytical mind-set and are good at prioritizing.
You:
• Have a degree within relevant field
• Experience from working in a global company is a plus
• Experience from working with Salesforce or other CRM system
• Are fluent in English, other language skills is a plus
• A fast learner
• Appreciate meeting new people and are good at adopting to different situations
