hela Sverige The chosen candidate will have the overall responsibility for Finance and Business Transformation for Tetra Pak Packaging Development and Engineering (D&E). The position reports to the Executive Vice President Development and Engineering with a strong functional link to the Senior Vice President Finance and Business Transformation (F&BT). You will consequently seat in the management teams of both D&E and F&BT. This position will be based in either Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy).
Within this context you will have key responsibilities for:
• the development and implementation of business control competences, methods and models
• financial control of the development and engineering activity portfolio
• leading the target & budget setting and follow up process
• participation in all key product decisions and their implications
• coordination of the Business Transformation process
Position description & key tasks:
• Lead Global Development & Engineering budget setting, consolidation and expense follow up process
• Lead customer system cost analysis to support strategic and project decisions
• Lead portfolio budget process for GLT portfolio & budget approval
• Lead development and implementation of Cost/Feature trade off Models
• Lead Platform/Package Target Costing Process & Modeling (control & reference models including Competitive Benchmarks)
Publiceringsdatum2008-08-28KvalifikationerThe successful candidate will have Masters Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
An additional degree in Engineering is seen as an advantage. You will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Control with at least three years at a senior manager level.
Experience of managing products and investments in an Industrial Development function is highly valued.
Understanding of Tetra Pak (cluster, market company and/or business area) or similar organizational structure is also beneficial.
As a person you have a high level of drive and energy, good business understanding and a strategic and proactive mindset. You are a good communicator and are able to communicate effectively at all levels in a matrix organization.
