At Sectra Education, you will work with a state-of-the-art technological solution used to train the future healthcare professionals of tomorrow. Our current solution includes the Sectra Table/Board and Education Portal, a cloud-based platform with 3D visualization of anonymized real patient cases at its core. The Sectra Education solution is currently implemented in more than 50 different countries and growing!
In this position, you will:
Administrate the Sectra Education Portal infrastructure (network, server and clients), as well as, user and content creation.
Perform regular security monitoring.
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
Perform performance tuning and software upgrades as required.
Write and maintain all system documentation.
Implement and/or assist and advise customers from all around the world in implementing the necessary solution(s) to resolve customers' problem(s).
Provide remote diagnostic support for technical and end user problems using the latest remote access technologies.
Responsible for ongoing status reporting to support management for both technical and customer issues.
Keep our customers happy and productive by proactively maintaining and monitoring the health of Education Portal.
Monitor Education Portal usage as input for product development and sales.
You will be an important contributor to our efforts to provide and maintain a high service level for our existing customers.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
A master's, bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer engineering or equivalent with a strong academic performance.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
A genuine interest in IT and ability and willingness to learn more.

Strong organizational, social and communication skills.

Speak more languages than those required above.
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot's license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd.
Have experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Have experience with Windows, clustering, and MS SQL Server.
Have experience with computer networking.
Have experience in computer networks, server hardware, software environments, operating systems or programming or scripting tools.
Have experience with PACS technologies as well as medical imaging workflow and tools.
Have experience from working with IT helpdesk or customer service.
Have knowledge of DICOM, HL7 and other healthcare interoperability standards.
Have previous knowledge of Active Directory, databases, networking, clustering, storage and hardware (including workstations).
