At Sectra Education, you will work with a state-of-the-art technological solution used to train the future healthcare professionals of tomorrow. Our educational platform includes Education Portal, a cloud-based Clinical Picture Archive System, that connects to multiple devices such as PC's, Tablets, a 65' and 86' 4K Touchscreen for virtual dissection and advanced 3D visualization of anonymized real patient cases. The Sectra Education solution is currently implemented in more than 50 different countries and growing!
In this position, you will:
Design, implement, configure and continuously improve Sectra Education Portal's infrastructure and deployment (network, server and clients) to meet our customer needs.
Escalate, own and drive the resolution of support issues through appropriate channels and team members.
Monitor Education Portal usage as input for product development and sales.
Have the opportunity to work with and constantly learn more about Sectra's medical IT products, enterprise IT environments, databases, virtual servers, cloud solutions and integrations.
Test new product development features.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
A master's, bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
A genuine interest in IT in the healthcare industry and ability and willingness to learn more.
You love technology and like to work in projects close to the end user.
Strong organizational, social and communication skills.
Assets

In addition, we consider it an asset if you also:
Speak more languages than those required above.
Have experience with cloud platforms and services.
Have experience with computer networks, server hardware, operating systems and programming or scripting tools.
Have experience from working with IT helpdesk or customer service.
